Six Sigma – 14 steps of problem solving

Six Sigma is the method / philosophy of increasing customer satisfaction through stable processes applying mathematical and soft tools. The training and application of Six Sigma is based on the 14 step method.

The results of the successful application are a considerable improved process quality focusing on the customer requirements and an increased process stability. These lead to lower quality costs, an improved customer satisfaction and are the foundation for further application of the principles of lean production.
